I loved reading about your house, your passion about books and the evidence everywhere. It feels like our house. I love reading almost anything i can get my hands on and all of my children are passionate about the written word, story-telling, discussions arise from every new book they discover. Two of my children could read very well at 5yrs but like you i had my second child reluctant to read for himself, when he was 8yrs old I made a list of all the things he liked the most and began collecting boxes of books then we would take turns reading the pages of his choice books, until within a few weeks he was almost up to where the other kids were at that age and has been ploughing through books for the last 6 mths. All his frustrations dissapeared,he now has confidence in his abilities once again. Happy reading!
