There are many ways to acquire the Victorian Certificate of Education. Some teenagers decide to attend a public or private school for Years 11 and 12. A lot of TAFE colleges have full time Year 11 and 12 courses now.R.M.I.T. has a full time VCE available for 17 year olds and over. All of the TAFE colleges offer bridging courses for people wishing to gain entry into University and many homeschoolers are taking advantage of these without ever completing VCE and they have been very successful.

All of these institutions have special entry schemes and it’s worth ringing them up and visiting the ones you’re interested in. They are generally very interested in homeschooled students, a few even actively recruiting them.
