There are 17 large, colourful displays in each session, with corresponding worksheets for the students and an 8-page booklet for reference with answers and follow-on information. The activities cover number, space, measurement, chance and data, and logical thinking and sequencing. The instructions and questions on the displays make each session a guided discovery lesson where the students solve a variety of problems, discover number patterns, identify geometric properties, think logically and apply mathematics to the physical world while working in small groups.

The Fun Stuff with Friends Programme has three levels of sessions, but the ages are just indicative. Parents should decide which they think their child will enjoy.
