Fitnessworz: Active Fun for Kids

A variety of fun and challenging “commando” style activities. A chance to experience activities based around exercise stations, team building, circuit training, obstacle courses, martial arts, army drills, problem solving and large team games.

5-8 year olds:          10am-11am (1 hour)

9-12 year olds:        11am-12:30pm  (1.5hrs)

Puss in Boots
